Despatch Policy. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally despatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 5 days we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Prices and Tax. The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packaging unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order.
Cancellation and Returns. If you wish to return a product for any reason, please return to us within 14 days of receipt. Also include any documentation you have been sent plus the reason for the return. In order to be refunded, the returned goods must be in their original new condition with packaging intact. Upon receipt of the goods a full refund wil be given (less our postage / carriage costs.) Where appropriate an exchange can be requested. Please note returns or exchanges cannot be offered on any items which have been customised (name printing etc.)
Colours. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site.
Jurisdiction. The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the english courts.
Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights.
